Please be aware that when you choose this method of deposit, it is not necessary to open an AlertPay account. You can instead use your credit card or another local payment method in order to transfer funds directly to your Rummy Express account using AlertPay.

AlertPay Withdrawal
Rummy Express's AlertPay Withdrawal Policy
After making your withdrawal request, you will receive a notification by email to inform you that your transaction is approved. Please be aware that your withdrawal will be suspended for a period between 24 and 72 hours from the time it was placed. During this time period you may choose to reverse your withdrawal by visiting the Reverse Withdrawal section. Your AlertPay account will receive a credit for the appropriate amount of money within five business days.
Please note: Your method of withdrawal will be based upon your method of deposit. Consequently, if you used your AlertPay account in order to fund your deposit, this is the payment method that will be utilized in order to fund your withdrawal.
Withdraw via AlertPay
To make a withdrawal using AlertPay from your Rummy Express account, follow these steps:
First, enter the Cashier section.
Next, click on the "withdraw" button.
Now, click on the "Withdraw Now" button located at the AlertPay section.
Finally, enter your AlertPay email address along with the desired withdrawal amount and then click on the "Submit" button.
Receive winnings into your AlertPay account
In the event you would like to make a withdrawal of your winnings into your AlertPay account while you made your initial deposit using a debit card or credit card, you will need to go to the AlertPay withdrawal page located inside the Cashier section and then make your withdrawal request.
NOTE: Please be aware that we require complete documentation before we will process withdrawal requests when the initial deposit was made using a debit card or credit card.
